Ellery", 18 size, 11 jewels, key wind and set gilt plate movement, with lever escapement, diamond endstone and steel balance, in a silver Am. Watch Co. hunting case with engraved monogram on front cover, and Roman numeral, white enamel dial, blued steel hands, serial #117380, c1864
CONDITION: CASE: Minor dents; Scratches on outer surface of case; Fine scratches on inner surface of case ; Cover extends beyond 90 degrees when opened, front, 110 - 120 deg. DIAL: Hairlines in enamel, very light, 2:30 to center, 7:30 to center; Tiny flakes in enamel at edge concealed by bezel; Flakes in enamel near center arbor. HANDS: Mismatched. MOVEMENT PLATES: Minor scratches on plate; Case screw replaced. MOVEMENT FUNCTION: Running order (winds, sets and ticks).
